FCPO Saw Feb. Same-Store Sales Decline 0.7%

Factory Card & Party Outlet (Nasdaq: FCPO) announced that net sales for the four-week period ended February 25, 2006 increased 1.1%, compared with the four-week period ended February 26, 2005. Comparable store sales for the same period decreased 0.7%.
