Costco (COST) May Total Comps Increase 4.2%

Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: COST) today reported net sales of $11.67 billion for the retail month of May, the four weeks ended June 2, 2019, an increase of 5.9 percent from $11.02 billion last year.

For the thirty-nine weeks ended June 2, 2019, the Company reported net sales of $111.56 billion, an increase of 8.0 percent from $103.26 billion during the similar period last year.

Costco also operates e-commerce sites in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Korea, and Taiwan.
