Costco (COST) June Comps Increase 5.4%

Costco Wholesale Corporation (Nasdaq: COST) today reported net sales of $14.57 billion for the retail month of June, the five weeks ended July 7, 2019, an increase of 7.5 percent from $13.55 billion last year.

For the forty-four weeks ended July 7, 2019, the Company reported net sales of $126.13 billion, an increase of 8.0 percent from $116.81 billion during the similar period last year.

Comparable sales were as follows:

Costco also operates e-commerce sites in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Korea, and Taiwan.
