Cost-U-Less (CULS) Reports August Same-Store Sales Increase of 5.1%
Cost-U-Less, Inc. (Nasdaq: CULS) reported an increase of 5.1% in same store sales (stores open a full 13 months), for the four weeks ended August 27, 2006 (August 2006). For the corresponding period a year ago (August 2005), the Company experienced a same store sales increase of 2.3%.
Total sales for August 2006 increased 5.0% to $17.0 million, compared to $16.2 million for the corresponding period a year ago.
