Chico's FAS, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) said December comps fell 13.7%. Net sale decreased 5.6% to $181.6 million.
The company now expect a loss in the range of $0.13 to $0.16 per diluted share for the fourth quarter, versus the consensus of $0.00.
Chico's said they remain committed to returning to profitability in the first quarter of fiscal 2008.
