CBRL Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBRL) said comparable store restaurant sales for the four weeks ending Friday, December 23, 2005 in its Cracker Barrel Old Country Store units were up 0.9%.
Diluted net income per share for the second quarter of between $0.56 and $0.61 (including approximately $0.03 to $0.04 per diluted share of stock option expense). Diluted net income per share for fiscal 2006 of between $2.35 and $2.45, including approximately $0.12 to $0.14 per diluted share of stock option expense, compared with $2.45 for fiscal 2005.
