Brookfield Homes (BHS) Reports Q3 Net New Orders
Brookfield Homes (NYSE: BHS) reports net new orders for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 totaled 261 units, an increase of 15 units or 6% compared to the same period in 2005.
The increase in net new orders is primarily due to an increase in active selling communities in Southern California, partially offset by a decrease in sales in the Washington D.C. Area.
