CEO Greg Scott said, "The first three weeks of November were below our expectations, but this was offset by a very strong customer response to our week four and Black Friday offering. As we enter December, we are currently looking forward to the customer response to the 825,000 Holiday Gift Giving Catalogs that will be in home this week. However, if December results are similar to November, second quarter results will be at the lower end of the guidance previously provided."
