BOBE Sept Same-Store Sales Down 4.4%

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. (Nasdaq: BOBE) announced that same-store sales in "core" Bob Evans Restaurants for the fiscal 2006 month of September decreased 4.4 percent from the same period a year ago. Average menu prices for the fiscal month were up approximately 1.0 percent.
