BLI Announces November Same Store Sales

Big Lots (NYSE: BLI) reported retail sales for the four weeks ended November 26, 2005 of $461.6 million, a 3.9% increase compared to retail sales of $444.4 million for the same period in fiscal 2004. Comparable store sales for all stores open at least two years as of the beginning of the fiscal year increased 0.7%.
