AutoZone (AZO) Tops Q1 EPS by 19c

AutoZone (NYSE: AZO) reported Q1 EPS of $10.00, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $9.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.54 billion.

Domestic same store sales, or sales for stores open at least one year, increased 2.3% for the quarter.
