American Airlines (NYSE: AMR) reported its February traffic increased 2.2% versus the same period last year. Capacity increased 3.1% year over year, resulting in a load factor of 74.8%, 0.7 points lower than the same period last year. International traffic increased by 6% relative to last year on a capacity increase of 8.5%. Domestic traffic was consistent year over year on 0.2 percent less capacity.
