Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended March 3, 2007 increased 11.5% to $75.6 million, from $67.8 million for the four-week period ended February 25, 2006 and increased 11.0% on a pro-forma basis for the comparable four-week period last year.
Same store sales for the month increased 2.3%, compared to the corresponding four-week period last year.
Separately, ARO announced that it has appointed Ms. Mindy C. Meads as President and Chief Merchandising Officer.
