ARO Jan Comps Up 12.3%; Guides Higher

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) said comparable store sales increased 12.3% for the month, versus a comparable store sales increase of 2.5% in the year ago period. The company also updated its earnings guidance for the fourth quarter. The company now believes it will achieve fourth quarter earnings in the range of $0.73 - $0.74 per fully diluted share, compared to its previously issued guidance of $0.71 - $0.73 per fully diluted share (cons $0.71)
