ePlus Acquires Assets of Daymark Solutions

Acquisition Accelerates Cloud Services Growth and Expands Northeast Presence

HERNDON, Va., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ePlus inc. (NASDAQ NGS: PLUS – news) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of assets of Daymark Solutions (Daymark), a Massachusetts-based IT solutions and professional services provider focused on architecting, implementing, and supporting complex hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and modern data center environments.

Founded in 2001, Daymark primarily serves highly regulated and data-intensive industries including energy/utilities, healthcare, life sciences, defense, and financial services.

Daymark's core capabilities, which span modern data center infrastructure solutions, cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and cybersecurity, align well with ePlus' strategic growth areas. Daymark's status as a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) compliments ePlus' current Azure and Microsoft 365 professional and managed services offerings. Additionally, the acquisition bolsters ePlus' geographic presence across the New England region.
