ZACHARY'S DAIQUIRIS ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING IN FEBRAURY

CHARLESTON, S.C., Feb. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Republic Hospitality is excited to announce the grand opening of Zachary's Daiquiris on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the prime corner of King Street and Anne Street in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. This brand-new concept promises to become the go-to spot for locals and visitors to enjoy refreshing house-made frozen daiquiris, a full bar, and a variety of dips, spreads, salads, sandwiches and flatbreads.

Zachary's Daiquiris will host several exclusive events leading up to the grand opening, including a Media and Influencer reception on Thursday, February 20, followed by a Friends and Family Celebration on Thursday, February 27. These intimate gatherings will give invited guests the opportunity to sample the tropical frozen cocktails and freshly crafted culinary menu before the public opening.

Zachary's Daiquiris has a total of 12 frozen beverages made with fresh juices and natural sweeteners—no high fructose corn syrup —ensuring each drink is smooth, colorful, and refreshing. The daiquiris feature unique recipes with inspiration from familiar local destinations such as 'The King', 'The Charleston' or 'The Sullivan'.  Whether you're enjoying a "Rainbow Row" or "The Folly" each beverage captures the spirit of the city's most beloved spots. 

Executive Chef Mike Watson introduces the culinary menu featuring simple, lite, fresh, and familiar dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. The offerings include a range of dips and spreads, such as warm buffalo chicken dip, lemon whipped ricotta dip, and creamy vegetable dip, all served with choice of a fresh sliced sourdough loaf or local raw vegetables.

For something more substantial, guests can enjoy individual-size flatbreads like "The OG," featuring old-world pepperoni, garlic confit, and hot honey; "The Tuscan," with crispy prosciutto, goat cheese, roasted tomato, oregano, and white truffle; or the "Queen of King," with green goddess chicken, basil pesto, and whipped ricotta.

Additionally, the menu offers fresh, seasonal salads made with local ingredients along with hearty ciabatta sandwiches piled high with options like turkey, burrata, grilled chicken, and ham. There will be a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options available as well.
