RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL) today declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.1549 per share payable on December 7, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 9, 2016.
