Wright’s Well Control Services Exits Bankruptcy, Terminates Chapter 11 Reorganization

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wright’s Well Control Services, LLC (WWCS) is very pleased to announce that its motion to exit bankruptcy and terminate its chapter 11 reorganization was granted on April 17th, 2018. Wright’s would like to give thanks to all creditors and vendors for their patience and understanding throughout the bankruptcy court proceedings which enabled WWCS to successfully restart operations and repay its debts. WWCS’s terms to exit chapter 11 include paying all of its priority claims and exit costs including 100% of what is owed to all of its unsecured creditors with undisputed claims. Moving forward WWCS plans to further develop its four (4) patents on Hydrate Remediation including the New ROV belly pack skid for Chemical Injection & Hydrate Remediation and the WWCS Open Water System for Rigless and Riserless P&A. We have capacity available to service your Hydrate Remediation and P&A needs creatively and efficiently.
