Winston & Strawn Adds Structured Finance Partner Jefferson Mabrito in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that Jefferson Mabrito has joined the firm’s Transactions Department as a partner in the Charlotte office and a member of the Structured Finance practice.

Jeff represents banks, funds and other financial institutions in secured lending transactions and has extensive experience in master repurchase and other warehouse lending transactions backed by commercial and residential real estate loans.
