Windstream Declares 15-Cent Quarterly Dividend

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Aug. 5, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Windstream's (NASDAQ: WIN) board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 15-cents per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2015.
