Williams-Sonoma, Inc. declares quarterly cash dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 20, 2018. As of May 27, 2018, the Company had 83,104,613 shares of common stock outstanding.
