Wiley Announces Quarterly Dividend
HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa and JWb), a global provider of knowledge and learning solutions that improve outcomes in research, professional practice, and education, announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on April 26, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 13, 2016.
