Wiley Announces Quarterly Dividend
HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa and JWb) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on January 14, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2015.
