BENTON HARBOR, Mich., Feb. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation (the "Company") declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 26, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2026.
