Declares $0.34 Per Share for Second Quarter 2015

EL PASO, Texas, April 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE: WNR) today announced its Board of Directors approved a $0.34 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2015, a 13% increase from the $0.30 per share dividend paid in the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on May 20, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of market on May 5, 2015.
