West Announces Increase to Quarterly Dividend

EXTON, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/15 -- West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (NYSE: WST) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a fourth-quarter 2015 dividend of $0.12 per share, a 9.1% increase over the $0.11 per share declared for each of the four preceding quarters. This is the twenty-third consecutive annual increase in the Company's dividend. The fourth-quarter dividend will be paid on November 4, 2015 to shareholders of record as of October 21, 2015.
