SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.375 per share. The dividend is payable September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2015, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors. Wells Fargo has approximately 5.1 billion shares outstanding.
