SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.45 per share, payable June 1, 2019 to stockholders of record on May 10, 2019, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors. Wells Fargo has approximately 4.5 billion shares outstanding.
