STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A., announced today that it has lowered its prime lending rate to 8.00 percent from 8.50 percent, effective September 19, 2024.
