Webflow Welcomes Ty Sbano as Chief Information Security Officer

Longtime security leader joins to advance trust and resilience as Webflow enters its next chapter

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Webflow today announced the appointment of Ty Sbano as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With nearly two decades of experience leading security programs at some of the world's most trusted companies, Sbano will lead Webflow's global security strategy as the company advances into its next phase of growth and enterprise scale.

Sbano most recently served as CISO at Vercel, where he scaled security to meet the demands of a rapidly growing developer platform. He previously held leadership roles at Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, LendingClub, and Target, and served as Chief Security & Trust Officer at Periscope Data, acquired by Sisense. Throughout his career, Sbano has focused on embedding security into the product development process so teams can innovate quickly without compromising customer trust.
