NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) today announced an increase in its quarterly dividend of 5.5%, or $0.01, to $0.19 per share, on each outstanding share of the Company’s Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2017.
“This is the 5th consecutive year we have increased our dividend,” said Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Watts’ Chief Executive Officer and President. “The dividend is a part of our balanced capital deployment strategy and a result of our strong cash flow generation.”
