WESTERLY, R.I., March 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ: WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2017. This represents a one-cent per share increase over the most recent quarterly dividend rate. The dividend will be paid April 13, 2017 to shareholders of record on April 3, 2017.
