Wafra Expands Practitioner Expertise Across Capital Constellation Adviser Network

Amanda Heravi and Jacky Wu join as advisers, bringing experience across capital formation, finance and operations

NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Wafra Inc. ("Wafra"), a leading New York-based alternative investment firm, today announced the appointments of Amanda Heravi as Capital Formation Operating Adviser and Jacky Wu as Operations and Finance Operating Adviser.

The operating adviser network brings together veteran industry operators to expand the value creation resources available to GPs within the Capital Constellation platform, Wafra's dedicated next-generation manager strategy.

Heravi and Wu are the first two external appointments to the network and will advise on areas that are mission-critical to emerging managers. In her role, Heravi will advise GPs on building and institutionalizing their capital formation capabilities, from developing investor relations teams and processes to shaping fundraising strategy, limited partner engagement, and investor communications. Wu will serve as a strategic resource to GPs as they build the financial and operational infrastructure needed to scale, including reporting, finance capabilities, and operating processes.

The arrivals supplement Wafra's existing team of in-house experts. These include James Saliba, who leads Value Creation for strategic partnerships; Avantika Saisekar, Head of Sustainable Investing; and Sean Dobson, Wafra's Chief Technology and Chief Information Security Officer responsible for technology and cybersecurity. Wafra will seek to expand its operating adviser network with experts in other specialisms central to helping Constellation's GP partners to grow and institutionalize.

As Head of Investor Relations and Director of ESG, she built and led the firm's investor relations function across six consecutive fundraises, co-investment syndication and continuation vehicle processes.

The expansion of the operating adviser network follows the recent $2.0 billion final close of Constellation Generation V, the largest vehicle raised for Capital Constellation since Wafra began pursuing its emerging manager strategy in 2012.
