WNC Appoints Richard Price to Advisory Board

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- WNC, a leading investor in affordable housing has appointed Richard Price to its advisory board.

A former partner at Nixon Peabody LLP., Mr. Price has advised housing authorities, developers, and investors on complex housing and community development transactions. Price has also helped shape housing policy as a housing advisor to local, state and national housing agencies and as a HUD trial attorney. Price earned his bachelor's and Juris Doctor from The George Washington University.
