SAN DIEGO, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 a quarterly dividend of $0.61 per share reflecting an increase of 13 percent over the previous quarter's dividend. This increase represents the ninth consecutive year the Company has raised its annual dividend, over which time the dividend has increased 144 percent. The quarterly dividend is payable January 31, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 18, 2019.
