SAN DIEGO, Oct. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Friday, October 2, 2015 its regular quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, payable October 30, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2015.
