Virtus Investment Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HARTFORD, Conn., May 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRTS), which operates a multi-manager asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share for the second quarter of 2016.

The dividend will be paid on August 12, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 29, 2016. Future declarations of quarterly dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
