Virtus Investment Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HARTFORD, Conn., Aug. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRTS), which operates a multi-manager asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share for the third quarter of 2015.

The dividend will be paid on November 13, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2015. Future declarations of quarterly dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
