A fourth-generation Florida native, Bradley grew up immersed in the world of business ownership. His grandfather launched an irrigation company in Tampa in the late 1980s, and his father went on to build a successful technology firm with offices across the U.S. and abroad.

Bradley graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and quickly applied his skills in the real world. He began by contributing to development projects, underwriting, and market analysis with Redstone Investments. Then, as a corporate accountant for Boar's Head, Bradley worked directly with smaller independent purveyors, providing financial insight and support that strengthened his appreciation for the day-to-day realities of running a business.
