Veritiv Acquires S. Walter Packaging Corp.

ATLANTA, Sept. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Veritiv Operating Company, a leader in specialty packaging distribution, facility solutions and print products and solutions, announced today that it has acquired the packaging distribution business of S. Walter Packaging Corp., a provider of custom packaging solutions serving retail, hospitality, food & beverage, and fashion markets.
