Vera Hart Joins PicnicHealth as Chief Financial Officer

Hart will oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, accounting, investor relations, and strategic decision-making, as PicnicHealth continues to scale its platform and expand partnerships with life science companies.

Previously, she was vice president of strategic finance at Medable, where she drove strategic planning, investor relations, and capital raising initiatives. Hart also managed financial planning for U.S. and European operations at Grail, supporting the company's growth from its early stages to IPO filing and subsequent acquisition.

In addition to her roles at top Bay Area startups, Hart has extensive financial expertise from her tenure in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and global treasury operations at Commerzbank. She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BBA in finance and investments from Baruch College.
