CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share. The dividend will be payable in cash on October 16, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025.
