With more than 25 years of experience in technology staffing and consulting in Central Florida, Chris Decker is known for his strong business development skills and commitment to delivering quality-driven client service. Most recently, Decker served as the Vice President of Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., where he spearheaded growth and managed operations for the crane and rigging team. Prior to this role, Decker held several leadership roles at a global technology staffing and business solutions firm, including Director of Business Operations and Director of the Orlando Delivery Performance Center.

Andy Gonzalez

Andy Gonzalez brings more than 15 years of experience in talent solutions to his role, with extensive knowledge in the IT and digital sectors, particularly in Southern California and Colorado. He has held several leadership roles with prominent talent solutions firms, including Senior Director of Sales, Market Director, and, most recently, Vice President, Client Partner - Media. He has earned a reputation as a top performer and led his teams to exceptional growth, with an impressive history of building teams from the ground up.

Cathy Shim

Cathy Shim has nearly 14 years of experience in both consulting and talent solutions, boasting a track record of driving innovation and creating impactful solutions for her clients. Most recently, Shim served as a Senior Business Development Executive for a technology services consulting firm in the Detroit area.
