BOSTON, Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- VRS Restructuring Services, LLC ("VRS"), founded by Jeffrey T. Varsalone, announced today the launch of Iron Eagle Capital, LLC, a boutique capital advisory firm providing distressed sell-side and buy-side, recapitalization, balance sheet restructuring, and atypical transaction advisory services.

Iron Eagle will offer flexible fee structures aimed at filling the gap within the middle and lower-market. "Over the last few years, we've seen a clear void in the middle and lower market when it comes to capital advisory fees," said Varsalone.
