Upcoming changes to Monday & Wednesday Lotto

Please be advised that subject to regulatory approval, the following changes to Monday & Wednesday Lotto (also known as Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto in Queensland and Monday & Wednesday X Lotto in South Australia) will occur from Monday 20 May 2024.

Key changes:

• Name change to Weekday Windfall
  • Monday & Wednesday Lotto is changing into a new single lottery brand for most jurisdictions across Australia. The game will be called Weekday Windfall.

• Additional draw day
  • The arrival of the Weekday Windfall lottery game will see a Friday draw added. This means the Weekday Windfall game will be drawn on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.

• Draw results
  • Weekday Windfall draw results will continue to be distributed in a similar manner as existing lottery draws – generally after 8.30pm AEST each Monday, Wednesday and Friday once the draw has been conducted in accordance with government regulations.

The division one prize for the Weekday Windfall game is $1 million for up to six winners (Monday & Wednesday Lotto offered $1 million for up to four division one winners).

The chances of winning any prize (including the division one prize) in the Weekday Windfall game remain the same as those currently offered by the Monday & Wednesday Lotto game.
