Company's seventh location in Texas and first campus dedicated exclusively to skilled trades training programs

SAN ANTONIO and PHOENIX, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (NYSE: UTI), a national leader in workforce solutions for transportation, skilled trades, healthcare and dental education programs, recently celebrated the opening of its new UTI-San Antonio campus with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting. The event was attended by public officials, community leaders, and employer partners who honored the company's ongoing commitment to addressing workforce development needs in the state of Texas.

UTI-San Antonio opened this spring to stronger-than-expected demand, with new student starts at approximately 25 percent ahead of the launch model. The campus, which will serve up to 800 students at scale, is the company's first campus dedicated exclusively to the skilled trades, with programs in aviation, welding, HVACR, electrical, industrial maintenance, robotics and wind energy.
