FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: UVE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 16 cents per share of common stock, payable August 9, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 2, 2021.
