Current CEO Tom Clines Joins Board of Directors; Transition Effective April 1, 2025

After 33 years of dedicated service at the company, CEO Tom Clines will be stepping aside at the end of March.

Clines will join UDS Founder Lee Kirkwood and Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board Chase Kirkwood on the company's Board of Directors, where he will continue to provide strategic insight and guidance.
