United Alloy Expands New Manufacturing Facility in Dayton Region

Leading metal fabrication and powder coating manufacturer adding capacity and hiring an additional 250 employees

UNION, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Alloy announced today an additional expansion of manufacturing capacity in their newly established Union, Ohio facility.

United Alloy joined the Dayton community in February when they opened the company’s first facility in the region. The new facility manufactures data center fuel tanks and engine room exhaust plenums, adding an incremental 350,000 square feet to the previously announced 174,000 square feet for a total footprint of 532,000 square feet.

The expansion will create an additional 250 jobs, with more than 400 jobs anticipated once the site is fully staffed. In total, United Alloy is committing $48 million in capital investments to scale the Union, Ohio facility.

A grand opening ceremony will be held on June 10 where “sparks will fly” with a non-traditional ribbon cutting ceremony.
