Ultra Clean Names James Xiao as Chief Executive Officer

HAYWARD, Calif., Aug. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: UCTT), announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed James Xiao as Chief Executive Officer of UCT effective September 2, 2025.
